Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Processing includes preparing, packing, and handing your package to the shipping carrier. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within the estimated time frame below:

Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy
To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. If there’s an issue with your address, our team will email you within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Need to update your address? Email us at hello@bubeeze.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make the changes. However, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that timely delivery is important. While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, unforeseen issues such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance may impact your delivery time. If your order is delayed, we’ll work with the courier to get it to you as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is with the courier, it’s out of our hands. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact hello@bubeeze.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
For stolen packages, we also recommend filing a police report for further assistance.
